Aiding Mental Health

About us

Aiding Mental Health is an MHFA England accredited provider of training courses in mental health.
Our lead instructor, Jo FitzGerald, has over 30 years experience working in education, both in the UK and abroad. She's seen, first-hand, the effects of poor mental health - with sometimes devastating consequences.
As an MHFA England instructor, she now brings that wealth of experience and insight to the mental health courses she runs.
MHFA England is the only organisation providing accredited mental health first aid courses in England. Aiding Mental Health runs courses for adult (e.g. businesses, schools) and youth (e.g. teachers, youth organisations). These are either in-house, or open courses for individual delegates.
